What is Jeepapalooza BC?

Jeepapalooza is an annual event held on May Long Weekend. This year we are excited to hold it at Laketown Ranch in Lake Cowichan. This event benefits the BC Cancer Foundation. To date, we are proud to have raised over $235,000 for cancer research & equipment for the Victoria based BC Cancer Foundation!
Registration for this event includes camping, on site activities, chances to win prizes, wheeling all for a great cause! 
All 4wd vehicles are welcome, not just Jeeps. Trails range from mild/beginner to advanced.
This event is hosted by Jeepapalooza 4x4 Association of BC.

Where is the Jeepapalooza event held?

The event site is at the Laketown Ranch, 8811 Youbou Rd #648, Lake Cowichan, BC V0R 2G0, Canada

How much are tickets?

Accepted Answer

Vehicle and driver tickets are $175.00 each, and passengers are $50.00 each. Children under the age of 12 are free.

How do I purchase my ticket?

Tickets are purchased through our website at www.jeepapaloozabc.com

What is included with my ticket purchase?

Accepted Answer

Tickets include camping at the ranch for the weekend, entertainment, vendor displays, guided wheeling, a BBQ and more! It’s a great time for an even better cause!

Is this event just for Jeeps?

Accepted Answer

No! All 4x4 vehicles are welcome to participate at our event.

Question 7

What are the vehicle requirements and restrictions?

Accepted Answer

All vehicles attending are required to have insurance. We have trails for every level of build from stock to extreme!

Question 8

Are pets allowed?

Accepted Answer

No, our furry family members are not permitted at the event site. Service and guide dogs are always welcome. Please contact us if you are bringing a certified service or guide dog.

Question 9

Is alcohol permitted?

Accepted Answer

Jeepapalooze does not serve alcohol, however responsible use of alcohol is permitted while at camp on the event site. There is zero tolerance for drinking/drug use and driving. This includes our offroad trails and applies to both drivers and passengers. Attendees are reminded that all rules of the road are to be followed and appropriate action will be taken if there are any indications this isn't the case.

What is the site like?

Accepted Answer

The site is a big grassy field with trees along one side. Camping is festival style and is first come first serve. There are no service hookups.

All ticket sales are final and refunds will not be issued.

No, this is a private event for ticket holders only.
